WHY I CREATED THE GLOW METHOD
The truth is, for the first 6 years of my career, I was ANTI extensions: hated them.
Why? I had seen too many terrible types of extensions. Horrible blending & awful damage on clients real hair/scalp! The idea and hassle of doing them stressed me out big time.
Once I realized how many clients I was losing out on, I decided to get out of my comfort zone and throw myself into the world of extensions.
I learned a few different types of extensions, but none of them gave me exactly what I was looking for… and that’s when the Glow Method was born. I’ve been able to truly perfect my craft & create a method that I believe is the best out there and since then: share it with hundreds of stylists all over the country!

AFTER COMPLETION OF THE COURSE, you will be asked to take videos of yourself installing extensions. You will send your videos in for review, receive constructive feedback & personalized support from Marissa: allowing you to feel confident you are mastering the method!

IN PERSON CERTIFICATION INCLUDES ….
+ You will spend 4 hours at the salon with Marissa (free to chat all things business, hair, advice on getting new extension clients, anything! while you certify)
+ Hands on training- Marissa will be with you every step of the way! Showing you her techniques, giving you advice on products/pricing/do not’s/etc. and teaching you how to successfully use her method. We will provide a notebook to write down any notes.
+ You will be given a Salty Hair Extension Kit with all the hair and tools you need to certify
+ Lunch is provided
+ We use (& recommend) hand tied hair
+ You will receive 1, 30 min follow up call with a Glow Certified Educator (if needed). This call needs to be scheduled within one month of certifying. You can use this call for any questions that come up after the fact! The certified stylist is responsible for reaching out to book the call.
